AND I FEEL LIKE I JUST GOT HOME ...
"Flames to dust, lovers to friends ... why do all good things come to an end?"
I cannot believe that Summer 2006 is already at its end. I guess time really does fly when you're having the time of your life! Countless adventures and misadventures were had by all over the past few months. There was love and loss, laughter and tears. Wonderful new friendships and relationships blossomed while others withered and fell apart. Old friends returned from afar and others sadly bid us farewell. It was a summer filled with music, and dancing, eating and drinking, fires and lakes, and playing with friends in the sunshine. There were plenty of firsts and lasts, and I will treasure both equally. It was, to use a word spoken more than any other in the last few months, summer of the "BUZZ!" And now it's done ...
So, let me say to Peter, Brendan, Jules, Phil, Jake, Kevin, Marcus, Steve, Scott, Peter S., Patrick, Charles, Benjie, Paul, Andrew, Sara, Darcy, Kent, Gilles, Jana, Stephen, Jessica, Tara, Chase, Kevin H., Darcy L., Julie, Amanda, Jody, Matt, and especially to my partners in crime, Jeff and Joseph - Thanks for giving me some of the best memories of my life this summer ... I love you all :-)
