EASY IS THE NEW "HARD"

When my hangover finally subsided, sometime late Saturday afternoon, Brendan picked me up for a trip to his family home in Waverly ... it's the new Hatchett Lake. I met his brother and his friend, who barely looked up from their Play Station game to say hello ... straight boys are so cute. I helped B gather some decor for his new place and then went back to the city to actually check out his new spot. Very rustic, very cozy, very "flowers in the attic" ... Lo dat!

Later, I let my hair down (literally) and went back to Brendan's for straight (not really) night. His friends were fun. Pierre and I talked about facial moisturizers and death. He filled me in on new scientiffic evidence that homosexuality is a "birth defect." I imagine he knew about this because his own mom was the test subject for the experiment! We also met Angela, an avid Nelly fan. She had to get us to assure her that she was speaking english and kept asking if we could understand her. I understood her when she was trying to put me on the phone with her gay friend Jody ... too bad I was saving the EASY Button for someone else.

Marcus, Jeff, Sarah and Andrew stopped by and we took over the kitchen. Before long, we scared all the straights out of the house. Pierre was the only person who stayed inside with us ... coincidence, I think not! As the straights continued their party outside, we all got the itch for some dancin'. Sarah decided to get some legal advice instead of going to Reflections with us.

Before entering Reflections I brought out the EASY Button. I looked at Marcus and said "don't touch that," but he didnt' listen. POOF, back to school ... "It's the most wonderful time of the year!" ... "Told you!"

Marcus, dressed in his new school clothes, made friends with a classmate and left school early. Apparently, meaningless sex is the new drunk driving!

We danced a bit and then Andrew, B, Jeff, Jake and I went back to my place for some after-the-bar music and chatting. I discovered that if you ever want people to go home, all you have to do is play some All Saints.

"Never Ever" have I ever had so much fun. The EASY button has been put away for another week. I wonder who I'll hit the button for next weekend? Stay tuned ...
