MADONNA UPDATE: IT'S A BOY!Madonna is a mom again! She and Guy left Africa this morning after gaining permission to adopt a boy named David. The couple gained custody of the motherless 1-year old boy from Malawi on Thursday. In addition to finalizing the adoption, which has been in the works for some time, Madonna was in Malawi to oversee the development of several projects she has established to help care for AIDS orphans in the impoverished African nation. David will join his new family in London once customs officials have cleared the adoption and he has all the necessary papers.
